Want to become a State Certified EMT with the Union Fire Company & Rescue Squad? Now is your chance! The Union Fire Company & Rescue Squad is accepting applications as always for people interested in becoming a EMT-B with our department. This fall the Pennington First Aid Squad will be hosting a EMT class at their squad in Pennington for Hopewell Valley Residents only. We are encouraging local dedicated residents to give back to your community and join your local rescue squad. May 5th:

On May 5th members of the Union Fire Company & Rescue Squad attended the annual Mercer County Firemen's Association Memorial Service. This is done once yearly to reconize members who have passed away during the course of the year. The people reconized at somepoint during their lifetime made a important commitment to help their local fire company or rescue squad. Members in attendance included Chief Burd, Past Chief Kintzel, and Firefighter/EMT Vurgason.
